Just need to build some strength up in my hand then get on the bike I remember being off for 3 months because of post-viral fatigue a couple of years back - getting back on the bike after an extended break feels amazing! fq-craigus Posted January 23, 2015 Author Share Posted January 23, 2015 Went for a ride today to top up with jungle juice, felt so good allbiet painful at times, im staying off it for a while longer and ill suffer the splint they gave me, even wrapped bandage round it to keep me from taking it off too easy, but at least i can for showers ect, the fracture thats still there is causing me some pain so time and healer and all that Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
