electrical gremlins

Hi all,

bit of a long shot but I'm hoping someone can help. I have a J plate Kawasaki gt 550. It was fine but has now developed a hideous electrical fault.

When you turn on the ignition all you get is the neutral light, EVERYTHING else is dead. I've checked the fuses, cut away and replaced a couple of dodgy multiplugs, checked the ignition switch as best I can but no joy.

It did briefly come to life when I was poking around under the left hand panel but my theory that it was the plug has crashed and burned and it's now dead again.

Just wondering if anyone has come across anything like this before. As I hate electrics at the best of times and am starting to pull out what little hair I have left.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
