mailee66 Posted March 13, 2015 Share Posted March 13, 2015 I received a letter today informing me that my pension matures in August which came as a surprise to me as I thought it matured when I reached the age of 60? It puzzled me why they would send me this considering I was 57 years old? Doubting my sanity I did a calculation from my birthday back in 1955 and it transpires I am 60 this year! Where has the last two years gone!? I was convinced I was 57! I guess it must be the onset of Dementia then. I still can't afford to retire and think I will be working my way into my box at this rate. Have to admit I did think I felt old with all of the aches and pains of the days work.
