ginge511
Hello Problem after problem here.I Just had a look at the carb on my rs 125 and was going to try and adjust the mixture screw to solve my stalling probs.I tryed adjusting it but the the screw is corroded and i can't get it moving at all.If i keep trying i will just end up rounding the screrw off, has anyone got any hints or tips on how to try and get it moving please?I've tryed spraying a bit of wd40 on the screw but nothing Looks like i might have to buy a new one at this rate so any tips whatsoever will be great.Thanks. rennie
soak in wd40 overnight, grip outside and turn, if still no good shock it(hammer and chisel) if all else fails drill hole down middle of screw force something into hole and turn that, you can buy tools called easy outs which are made for just this purpose good luck
