Throttled Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 My KLE500 was up for sale;viewtopic.php?f=7&t=59572On Sunday I accepted an offer from f-mat09. Having heard nothing from him and still getting interest I e-mailed him today and he has backed out saying "Ok yes sorry i should have message you earlier. Due to unforeseen circumstances i will no longer be able to purchase this motorcycle. Sorry for the inconvenience."The bike is re-listed and I have cancelled the sale to him. Is there a way to give him feedback to it shows he will put in offers and then back out? Anyone want to by a KLE500? Quote
eastanglianbiker Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 as the seller if the sale was a buy it now or auction you can only leave positive feedback if it was a classified ad then as far as im aware you cant leave feedback as you can only leave positive (if you can) then say in that what happened Quote
Glorian Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 Dont use fleabay. It's a crappy store these days rather than an "auction site" Quote
Six30 Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 Not much you can do , except watch for when he lists stuff for sale and do the same to him, get your mates to do it as well....... or kidnapp and torture. Quote
Guest Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 You can phone Ebay and they will warn him of him being blacklisted. Next offence and he gets chucked off. They will reimburse your sales fee. Quote

I would advise to try these, better than not at all.. But at the same time good luck getting any constructive help off them! Quote
RantMachine Posted February 23, 2016 Posted February 23, 2016 Gumtree worked wonders for me when shifting the BMW! Given that a try? Quote

Thanks, requested a call back, it came within a minute, spoke to a representative, he is now blocked from buying form us and they will investigate further but would not say exactly what his status is. I presume he gets the warning or maybe he is going to be blacklisted. The fee is not being taken. Quote
