It is soooooooo good to have the racing back, however not a single Brit in sight.

But that just means you can watch as a neutral and sometimes you get more enjoyment out of it.

Plenty of brits in supersport tho!

What a fantastic start to the new season, looking like it's going to be another close year.

Bayliss was simply awesome, he'll be sadly missed next year. how many riders could start 7th, battle through to the front, go off the track several times, battle back through and still win the race.

Biaggi and Xaus look handy on their privateer Ducati's. Race 2 was amazing, I thought they were going to take each other out. Biaggi may be a very smooth rider and very quick but he needs to learn to overtake. Everytime he runs wide or forces the person his overtaking wide.

Nice to see that Haga and Biaggi are back at it again, I don't think there was any love lost between them two last year and there certainly isn't now. There didn't seem too much wrong in the passing move but there was contact between the tyres and something came off one of their bikes.

but still a bit of a stupid idea to go round a corner at speed one handed. Glad he's ok though looked a nasty one landing on his head.

Very glad to see Team Alstare Suzuki doing so well and Max and Fonsi certainly showed they have what it takes to compete this year.

All in all fantastic racing and theres more in 7 days at Phillip Island.

The axe murderers as the series has come to be known was as ever very lively. With only two bikes out after two corners. Johnny Rea looked like he had a good chance if he could settle in, I think he just saw Foret disappearing and started to panic a bit. nasty crash and I don't think the Hannspree garage is the one I would like to be in. The new fireblade failed to perform at all and was the fourth best behind Ducati, Suzuki and Yamaha.

There is going to be a fuel engineer hiding in the Yamaha garage somewhere tonight as both bike ran out, luckily one of them finished first.

What a spectacular week end in Qatar!

Fortunately, Ducati didn't win the second race thanks to Nieto!

I hope he'll win again in Australia but Ducati's are too strong and Bayliss and Corser are at home... What a suspense! :D
