proper polishing soap and a mop that fits in a drill is one way or depending on how good you want it you can use something like 2000 grit wet and dry paper with some solvol on it but dont just go backwards and forwards you have to do various directions or it will just score the wheel in the end something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alloy-Wheel-Polishing-Kit-8pc-Aluminium-Wheel-Polishing-Mops-Kit-POL07-/400847624289?hash=item5d54615861:g:A7MAAOSwVL1V~YFZ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that kit is just for an idea but gives a clue what to look for
