Guest Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 I kaiser xtr 125 I no not the best bike but its all I have problem is it won't spark in the spark plug gap there is a big spark from the bottom of the plug to the from/engine but not a good spark in the gap when the plug is eathed to the frame any ideas I have brought 3 plugs could I have been unlucky and them all be faulty plus I have a brand new coil and hit lead and c Quote
Tango Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 If the body of the plug is hard against the engine then the spark should just jump the gap. Depends where you got the plugs from, but I guess you could have been unlucky and got some duff plugs. Quote
ThePhatomfart Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 Hi Wayne , how is the problem going, the Lexmoto you have got is based on the Honda CG125 , there's not a lot of info , manuals about for them, but if you follow the Honda CG manual it will lead you in the right direction, I have also included the wiring diagram for the Kaiser 125, https://www.dropbox.com/sh/kxv30inm1vn3xk5/AAAYk1iJnQMoWs6pb96-lCVja?dl=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Quote
