I kaiser xtr 125 I no not the best bike but its all I have problem is it won't spark in the spark plug gap there is a big spark from the bottom of the plug to the from/engine but not a good spark in the gap when the plug is eathed to the frame any ideas I have brought 3 plugs could I have been unlucky and them all be faulty plus I have a brand new coil and hit lead and c

If the body of the plug is hard against the engine then the spark should just jump the gap. Depends where you got the plugs from, but I guess you could have been unlucky and got some duff plugs.

Hi Wayne , how is the problem going, the Lexmoto you have got is based on the Honda CG125 , there's not a lot of info , manuals about for them, but if you follow the Honda CG manual it will lead you in the right direction, I have also included the wiring diagram for the Kaiser 125, :thumb:
