I'm running a Half Marathon for Chairty.

Hi All,

You may have seen me mention, I am doing the Manchester Half Marathon on the 16th October. I'm doing it in aid of the Alzheimer's Society, it's a pretty crap disease that has affected many families or someone they know. I've done a 10k in the past for the Alzheimer's Society and plan to keep doing a few more events in the future.
