We attend the motogp each year.

My thoughts...

Yes Silverstone is not a very good place to watch racing.

But the infrastructure there is now on a level apart from any other UK circuit.

The camping areas etc are second to none.

Would COW be able to compete and is it a viable financial offering?

Will be interesting to see how this pans out.

In my opinion it will never happen

Yeah I was doubtful from the beginning, just seems to have been plagued by problems of landownership, money, more money, transport links, money...

Welsh MP wants the new proposed circuit of Wales circuit scrapped.

I would have thought that once built and up and running it would be a good source of bringing money and investment into the area.

If you look into it you'll see it's nothing but a massive scam being run by a charlatan. He's syphoning money out of the project faster than you can shout: "Hey, isn't that fraudulent?"

Other than the point I made, I have no interest and cannot give a stuff if it gets built or not. I simply highlighted the article that I saw this morning so I have no interest in looking into it.

Apart from that, I don't really have any desire to go over that dammed bridge to get to the circuit for the GP if it were to be held there

Personally, I would rather see a few million quid ploughed into Brands Hatch to get it back up to GP standards so we have an option in respect of where the GP or any other international event can be held (so long as its not at Donnington  )

Which would mean most of the country has to deal with an even worse bridge.

I've never thought it would actually happen!

Much as I like Brands and dislike Silverstone for me the GP circuit

should always have been Donington Park!

I agree with you regarding Brands, Donnington is a pile of poo and I love riding the GP circuit at Silverstone. I love riding Brands as well :thumb:

Close Donnington down please.......

It's the facilities at Doningnton which let it down.

As for watching I think it's a great venue.

Last year was a big step in the right direction with the in field camping.

They just need to spend some brass on toilet facilities etc.

Silverstone would be ideal if they moved the entire circuit 50-100 miles north, south, east or west. Please.
