Hello

I have a Zx6r j1 and I'm looking at changing the tail light for a led one with integrated indercators .

Would these pass a mot ? Somebody mentioned there has to be a certain gap between indercators

Thanks in advance Michael

I used to have one of these and only had a problem once at MOT time and thats when I changed test centres!

the indicators will interfere with a solid stop light which is a fail

also they are hard to see in sunlight

While they look good I can't see myself running one again as I like to be seen and like to make it clear to any vehicle approaching that I intend to turn

Thanks stu

I'm going to stay away from them because

I would rather be seen to and my mot center are very strict ,

Thanks Michael

Have a look about when out and see what bikes have them and see if they have improved as I am going back about 8 years when I had one!

finding another MOT tester can solve the MOT issue

hello fellow kwaker  my tail light has built in indicators (and still has the regular indicators... don't ask) and passed the last mot fine. I don't think they are led though just normal bulbs...

Have seen a document that states 180mm between indicators.
