I'm heading on a ride out to squires for easter egg run next week but never been there before so will need the sat nav on my phone.

Anyone recommend a waterproof and secure phone holder that can fit a Samsung galaxy s7?

Just looked on mapping and it does seem fairly straight forward. I like the look of that holder so think I'll order one anyway since its a decent price then I've got one if I do need sat nav

this is by far the easiest route for you to take and its pretty much straight forward too

That's the route I was planning on. Never ridden that far so setting off early hoping roads are quieter

Hi as well as the case you'll need a mount for the case, you'll also need to order

this charger http://www.ultimateaddons.co.uk/Vehicle_Accessories/Motorcycle_Accessories/2_Amp_Waterproof_Hardwire_Cable

and this adapter to fit the case http://www.ultimateaddons.co.uk/Vehicle_Accessories/Motorcycle_Accessories/Waterproof_Micro_USB_Tough_Case_Adapter_Cable

Using your phone as a sat nav will rinse your phone battery in no time. Hope this helps

Can't beat ultimate addons in my opinion. Used one all through the winter.

That ultimate addons website is awful, I'm trying to find a case/charging setup for my iPhone 6s but it isn't the easiest bloody thing!

Edit:

Is this everything I would need?

You'll need a mount as well mate. They have a 3 pronged mounting system that then connects to a ball head.

If you work out where you want to mount the phone, I'll send you links to what you need.

That comes with a handle bar quick release mount :), however I need to have a look at my bars and make sure I've got room for that, if not I'll go down the route you mentioned with the ball connector. Do they feel secure those types?

Ah, sorry pal. Didn't read it properly. I've tried a few different mounts. They are rock steady and also come with a lanyard to attach the case to the bike should you not clip it onto the bracket properly. So no chance it'll go flying off.

They are 100% rain proof, and if you sow some conductive thread in the finger tip of your glove, you can use the touch screen too. The power supply has to be the ultimate addons own though, as it's designed to fit the case.

It looks good and the full setup for £50 isn't bad at all, does it have room for a headphone jack? So I could listen to directions.

Two manufacturers I would not touch!

IPhone and Samsung!

So you'd be happy to buy Apple products then? *whistles*

I had the Ultimate Addons charger and after a while the on/off button died, leaving the thing on all the time! I have this charger on my bike now, which senses when a device is attached to it and switches itself on, then switches itself off when the device is fully charged or removed......been on the bike for over 4 years now with no problems. ......http://buybits.com/angled-micro-usb-hardwire-direct-to-battery-charging-cable-for-motorcycles-cars-sku-16001.html
