For geared bikes employing Derbi EBS050 / EBE050 / D50B0 / D50B1 engines.

Most aftermarket exhausts are designed with 2-piece header manifolds for the sake of quicker exhaust removal, and isolating vibration to prevent manifold cracking. That design isn't necessary. Not even Viton O-rings teamed with hi-temp copper silicone sealant withstand perishing.

Here's a few aftermarket exhausts with 1-piece header manifold design that doesn't leak fuel/oil all over engine cases, or damage the rider's eardrums.

Pedmoto SG-1

Metrakit SP3

Proma

The Proma's manufactured a few millimeters too long, so you'll have to make a bracket for the OEM muffler's hanger.

Or use one of these mufflers: Giannelli 34683HF. Arrow 52604SU

Which exhaust is most suitable?

Depends which characteristics you prefer.

Pedmoto: mid range - high rpm power.

Metrakit: high rpm power with gutless low - mid range torque.

Proma: low-mid range rpm torque monster.

High rpm - more explosive power?

Narrow power bands only give useful momentum with an 11T front sprocket and 19 - 24mm flat slide carbs. That's useless on public roads, and you'd have to skip 1st gear.

Tip

Use 6mm star washers on header manifold bolts.
