Guest
copied from my ebay ad£7250 or good offerHere for sale is my 2011 R1200GS triple black. Twin cam model. Very high spec and ready to tour anywhere. I bought this to use for a tour of the US and it was superb. It's in good condition with lots of extras. Some marks commensurate with age and use. Mileage stand at just over 22100. This may rise in the meantime. Spec as follows:Heated gripsTinted screenSpoked wheelsASC - Automatic stability control ESA - electronic suspension adjustmentTyre pressure monitoring sensors2 aux power outlets (hella din)Touratech headlight protectorGlare protector to stop headlight glare off the headlight protector.Touratech footpegsTouratech number plate holderMachine art moto MudslingVario panniersCrash barsSat nav bar (Garmin Sat nav mount not included)I believe it has a beak extender (this may be standard but I don't believe it is)Touratech tankbag (I have modified this with a power cable so it connects to the front power outlet and gives a power socket in the tankbag to charge phones etc.)Uprated extended sump guard.Servicing/ paperwork details:600 mile service by Ocean Plymouth (paperwork included)Next services were done by owner (from whom I bought the bike) with valve clearances by Lind Motorrad Norwich twice (verified with them by phone, paperwork for this at 13,455 miles).I had spark plugs done at Motoscot independent BMW specialist at 13,674 miles (this was an outstanding item that the previous owner had not got done). Motoscot also balanced the throttle bodies and replaced a rear wheel speed sensor that died shortly after I bought the bike.(paperwork included)The flappy valve thing in the exhaust started to stick and has been removed and replaced with a stainless straight through insert. I have the flappy valve thing and this will go with the bike should you wish to repair/ service it and put it back on (no idea why you would though)At 13,954 miles I had motoscot do an additional oil and oil filter change for me. This was just before we shipped the bike to the US and was in preparation for out trip. (paperwork included)At 18859 miles I had the bike serviced at BMW motorcycle of Las Vegas. They also replaced a rear RDC tyre pressure sensor, light bulb and rear speed sensor. (paperwork included)On its return to the UK in November I replaced the air filter, oil filter and oil. I have spark plugs, and a litre of gearbox/ final drive oil which will come with the bike. I intended to change this but with a list of DIY jobs and a new job coming up I haven't got round to it.Tyres were replaced at 19,749 miles by A&S BMW motorcycles in Roseville California (Tourance Next tyres). They also performed a multi-point inspection on the bike to check it was all good for the rest of out trip. (Paperwork included).I have both keys and the plastic master key. Bike is registered in my name and my address. The Vario panniers work on their own key. This is because I bought the bike with different panniers which I am keeping. I didn't want to sell the bike without panniers so bought some Varios off a well known GS forum to go with the bike. These can be re-keyed to match the ignition key.Viewings welcome (bike in East London). Test ride only possible with proof of fully comp insurance, and the full asking price of the bike handed over, on a you bend it you've bought it basis. The pics show the bike with a Garmin sat nav mount and tool tube. These are not included and will be removed from the bike prior to sale.
