Scotland, Dumfries & Galloway to be more precise, base yourself in Moffat or the Ken Bridge Hotel nr New Galloway, it really is a case of pick a road any road all fantastic bike roads with scenery to brake your heart. Also because its a huge rural region there's no speed cams except one van which sticks to the main arterial A roads. If you do decide to come to this area gimme a shout :D
