Cookie
My 2011 ybr125 keeps stalling out. I can leave it ticking over for a while with no issues ,however when I ride the bike it stalls out . Sometimes is 1st , 2 nd or 3 rd if I am lucky.the bike will restart once I let the throttle back to the rest stop.I have change the complete inlet manifold from the head to the air box with no difference.Has any one got any ideas? Guest Richzx6r
It sounds like starvation under load?? Or an ignition advance/retard problem Is the reg/rec working properly?

Guest Richzx6r
How do I test it? I'm not electrical minded but I'm sure someone who is can tell you a way to test it if it is testable.Where you from?
Six30
I'm no mechanic but if reg /rec was faulty your battery would suffer , but you say it starts back up again .
Westbeef
So it idles fine, but dies when you rev it up/ride it? Is it bogging out or is it just cutting out? Sounds fueling related. You changed the air inlet, but did you do the air filter at all? Edited May 21, 2019 by Westbeef
