A CBT - Introduction to motorcycles training

I managed to get a taster session - prior to my CBT .. I used google reviews - and managed to find a decent instructor.

I was really nervous - I have been on a bike before - but its over 25 years ago... and I couldn't really remember.

The taster session has given me enough - confidence to do the CBT (I'm still terrified that I will 'fail' .. but it's not in the instructors interest to let me).

I've been 'visualising the steps.. to change gear break and 'look'.. as in 'really look' rather than 'turn my head' .(It involves moving at the waist - so full shoulder rolls ..

I have found watching you tubes videos have helped me..

I found booking my CBT really really daunting. Good luck
