Good day out

Recommended Posts

Went to West Walestershire and met up with Houdini and Jota for a ride around. Good to go with the natives as they know the better roads and the less policed roads :D Some cracking scenery aswell at places i had never been before. Cheers lads :D

Oh, Houdini is a much improved rider from the one we went out with last year. Faster and more confident

Glad you had a good time Pete, I had the best ride since ages today :D

The road to Bala was great but the road over the top to Blaenau Ffestiniog was even better!! Soz I didn't stop to take pics at the top but the bike wouldn't let me pull over

Pete Houdini and moi after finding the only petrol pump in a 40 mile radius at Blaenau F.

We tried a couple of road shots on the back road from Penrhyndeudraeth (gotta love the small place names eh  )

and the Houdlum in full flow................. he was going so fast I only just caught him!!! (he overcooked it though and crossed the center line    )

Camera's can tell lies

a more correct view from the other direction..........

Blaenau Ffestiniog can be a dismal place at the best of times with its mountains of slate waste but the weather and roads were outstanding today. 8)
