Today I thought I would go in search of some new local roads!

Headed the usual way to seaways cafe at fridaythorpe which can be found here

First visit there in a long time and while the breakfasts are nice they are a bit small for the price!

Anyway headed off to go get a tag down at Sledmere which I couldn't get to due to a road closure! so had to give that a miss

Headed towards Malton and just kept turning off whenever I saw what could be an interesting road

Turned out I found some pretty decent ones and I just need to look back on my sat nav to see where they are

There is some good views within 40 miles of home and they are so easy to miss when having a "ride"

Also stopped at what is the start of the river Hull and looking at the lock it looks like nothing has been though there for a while!

It was very clear too and not what its like a lot further downstream!
