I've looked at several alternatives for my shadow and ended up making my own phone mount. case cost under £25 and mount I believe was from a £1 land Only had to drill 1 hole for the bolt to the mount. JackieOWheels Posted June 29, 2021 Share Posted June 29, 2021 Like Paul, I only use an old iPhone 5 as my sat nav on that RAM mount so I have it in a waterproof case made by Lifedge. Brought it on eBay from an ex-seller of the company for a tenner so it's held up good so far. Feels really secure, but I've not done the speeds @Mickly is able to vouch for . Bit of a faff to open and close the case, but it gets easier as you get used to it.
