Someone more of a techno geek might be able to make more of this…

Maybe your phone should be turned off when you drive.

The thing that pisses me off with the speeding in the forest campaign it’s almost a cult obsession for them.

Point out the statistics and they are not happy…

Statistics are that there are presently twice as many animals on the forest than there has been for 100 years.  There is also more traffic than ever in the forest, yet the number of animals killed on the road has been falling for years.

Yet they repeatedly condem and harass drivers where they should be saying well done but we can do better.

Instead they encourage people to drive well below the speed limit frustrating other road users creating dangerous driving.

It takes me 10 minutes to drive to the dog agility park, today it took 25 because of 2 donkeys and 2 drivers who would sit and wait looking at them instead of driving round (without leaving the road). By the garage name on there number plate they where locals, the one in front was filming on her phone whilst moving as well 😏

The increasing number of anpr cameras can also track where you have been and how long it took to get there 😁

You can't be done for speeding without an exact place and time though, dangerous driving on the other hand has no such limitations, they just need to know who and what.

Are these sort of people just more reported on these days? Or are there actually more of them?

Just seems like there's a surplus of this personality type, picking something like speeding in this case. And then setting out to make the trouble, so they can gleefully run to report it.

Yep, they are the impotent types with sad little lives that really get off on the feeling of importance in leading a crusade, no matter what the subject is.

In the past, it would have been a letter to their MP or representation to the Parish Council that would have them running for the Kleenex.

Unfortunately the advent of local forums on the internet give these anally retentive, no marks the recognition they crave.

Here’s an example of how this behaviour can adversely  affect others:

A local pub held a charity afternoon/night that carried on to late at night.

Someone(s) complained & as a result the pub was served a noise abatement order.

A local forum was whipped up into incandescent rage by some utter tosser over someone complaining about a charity event.

The result is that they have coalesced into a group that are now taking in turns to have very loud garden karaoke parties every Saturday until midnight.

So the whole neighbourhood now has to suffer this due to those with so little in their lives w*nking off over the thought that they are clever and getting their own back!!

What about this guy:

He stopped the pigs going to slaughter..

Apparently the complaintant had only been vegan a few years and his story made national news.

Dont start me on the seahorses in studland… one guy who “hates rich yachties”

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2365731/Fight-save-seahorses-Studland-Bay-Wealthy-yachties-wipe-Britains-largest-colony-dropping-anchor-habitat.html

he’s winning..

the whole science behind the fall in numbers of seahorses is dodgy.  Probably more to do with divers and flash photography.

There is now one marina in the uk admits they have seahorses living in there marina.  Initially they would not say for fear of being put out of business so they have embraced them with seahorseshelters or whatever’s.

I am going to start a campaign to stop harvesting fruit and vegetables, everyone knows they have feelings and can feel pain, not like animals who once dead don't feel anything.
