1999 Honda Hornet 600 - leaking carb?

Was riding my bike today (99 hornet 600). Looked down and noticed an oily like substance leaking down the block. Traced it up and looks like it's coming from where the carb meets the block. Can anyone help or offer advice? Thanks! IMG_20210831_134011.thumb.jpg.d7c71e4e5b915083665008edbb79c9d5.jpgIMG_20210831_134011.thumb.jpg.d7c71e4e5b915083665008edbb79c9d5.jpgIMG_20210831_134011.thumb.jpg.d7c71e4e5b915083665008edbb79c9d5.jpgIMG_20210831_133923.thumb.jpg.f6e1bbccaa3b981326fade425c42e2d3.jpg

From your pics and in particular the last one it looks more like a small oil leak from the cylinder head gasket.

To check for sure thoroughly clean and dry the area and after checking the oil level then a brief but preferably quite slow ride will hopefully reveal whereabouts it is coming from.

Good luck and keep us posted ! Oh and pics are always useful.

Cheers
