Looking for some advice

Hello all

 

I have been thinking about a restoration project and decided to go down the bike route, im not massively experienced with mechanics but live with a brother who does know a good amount. 

 

I have found a project bike but unsure on whether its a good bike to start a project with, regarding parts or engine. 

 

Is it possible to use an engine from a different bike on the Honda?
