Hi all new to this

me And wife come off bike no one Else involved wife Brocken foot me 6 Broken ribs and shoulder cracked I heard I might have to pay hospital bill is this true is so can I clam against my insurance thanks richard

Ouch, that all sounds painful. Hope you're recovering ok.

Sorry, going to have to ask you some more questions in order to help - did you receive your treatment in the UK, or somewhere else? what's your nationality? what's your residency status?

If compensation is paid to you I believe the NHS can recover some of the costs to fix you, if it was your fault and your not claiming then it shouldn't affect you. 

 

But I'm just a guy on the Internet and don't have a clue 😁
