Sinnis Apache SMR 2021 problems.

So, I have a bike that missed its service registered in September 2021 - Sinnis Apache SMR 125CC EFI

 

I have replaced the loom and the actual ATOM gel battery is coming tomorrow, i have a AGM copy at the moment but is bigger in size. 

 

Checked all connections has recovered the dashboard and the fuel gauge is intermittent but works okay when's started.  

 

Problems - 

 

when the bike has started (once it starts, it will every time) however i have trouble in the cold it takes ages to kick usually killing the battery and needing a charge after around 5mins of trying on and off  

 

when slowing down to stop it will cut out or not idle correctly so i have to keep revs up.

 

The person previous put on a  K&N air filter but i need to put the OEM airbox back in to its original state. 

 

When trying to start it a little bit of throttle can help occasional but the plug is sometimes black i can wipe it and wil start i will get some videos an or/ pics any advise would be appraciated.
