Guest Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Hi FolksBought my SV650s the other week. I have noticed that the right bar end has started coming loose. They are aftermarket ends. I have tried tightening it up but it remains slack. Is this supposed to be like this? Thought it may be slack because of the throttle on the right bar.It functions on a threaded bolt inside the bar end and it screws into a threaded plate in the bar itself.Any ideas?CheersCraig Quote

DutchMick Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 It should be in tight, check the bolts on both sides to see if one is maybe longer than the other, meaning that one can't be screwed in far enough. The previous owner could have lost the original bolt Quote
