If you want a nice route to ride I'll try and sort one out on Google maps and post it up, give us a bit to sort it out tho, some roads you really HAVE to try if you in the area!

When you coming down btw?

The gf and I will be down there 26th - 28th Sept.

She's driving down and I will take the bike depending on weather forecasts and I'm looking for relatively short, scenic routes rather than biker night type stuff - she's non-scene as yet

Talland Bay is a lovely lil spot to have a cream tea over looking the sea, its my fave lil cafe very friendly and beautiful views!

If you are after a nice restaurant I can whole heartedly recommend "Seawings"

No worries, if your about on the 27th and I'm not doing the MX track I've found am happy to meet up and take you along the Torpoint Twisties.

Is that TreruleFoot roundabout to the Torpoint Ferry yr referring to there Pete?

If so that's my old neck of the woods... I'm Plymouth born and bred...Fantastic run out.. Used to be able to do the Tamar bridge to the ferry in 12 minutes!!!

Lost a very close pal to an accident through that stretch though...

Yes mate, although I start at HMS Raleigh, and rarely go to the roundabout as I turn left and head to Looe. On a longer ride will head from there to Padstow and back via Bude, Launceston and Tavistock!
