just keep the top box and stick some reflective strips on that if you really want....

you will have to remove it to fill up, yes the magnetic bits will work fine, dont forget most wind will be deflected away from the bag by the screen. if your gonna put a laptop in it id get a rubber pouch for it.

but stick with the top box, much easier

i wouldnt use a magnetic tank bag to put your laptop in

the magnets can do funny things to hard drives

thought of a baglux cover for the tank ? and a tank bag that clips to it ?

EVERYDAY NORMAL STRENGTH MAGNETS DO NOT HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT ON HARD DRIVES!!!

However, tankbags conform to the shape of the tank but your laptop won't so it won't lie right.
