Guest
Hi all, I need a new battery for my bike and am pricing them up at the moment. The battery on my bike (gsxf600) is a Y10BL-B2 and I was wondering if I should be looking for a particular make that supply better quality batteries, or if they are all much of a muchness. The prices seem to vary quite a bit so I thought maybe the quality does too. It will be good to get back on her...the bike that is, as it's been a while since I have had a ride.....on the bike. Guest
Oh dear. I had to buy one in a hurry as I needed the bike for the next morning. I went to my local bike shop and they told me they had one in and the price was £32, bargan thought. that was till I did a search on the type of battery. Its a Rob Hunter, aparently its rubbish. Ah well I live and learn, and live and learn etc etc
Guest
I'd still get an optimate style charger to try and get the best from this battery, hopefully it will keep going for a while, but it might be better to get a less budget model next time..
