Korben
Has enormous potential I think.... Could work really well in Elbow and knee joints in clothing... Around the ankles in boots....Gloves as well.....
Guest
That stuff is not new. Been around for years, normally in squidgy toys and excecutive stress toys. Trouble with it then was if you hit it hard enough, it shattered.

Something like this could save a lot of lives and serious injuries...
Guest
Agreed Steve, I saw exactly the same as this a couple of years ago, same problem then. Hopefully they've cracked it now, and the guy is just looking for a backer.
Guest
I'm sure it has been installed into some biking gear. I can't remember what it is called but the guy advertising it put a wad under a bobble hat and somebody hit him with a hammer.I was very impressive, I remember. Bloody ell, that stirred a memory in the old noggin!!That was some skiing clothing he tested it out on!! I remember that!! I reckon if used in larger quantities it would probably stand less chance of shattering.... Large areas such as hips, backs, chests..... Dunno though. To be honest I would love to get my hands on some and do some playing around.
Guest
I remember seeing MoD vids showing exoskeleton suit to lift things, and and robots going into battle..... wonder when any of it will actually happen or be used though Still pretty cool though.
