spoungey brakes

hi i have resently had new pads put in my rear foot brake but when i use it i does not really seem to be doing alot any advise would be helpful?

your pistons would have been pushed back to get the new pads in..


take it on a slow ride and keep dabbing the rear brake (not the dual carraigeway, a quiet road) the pads should move back out and settle to their norm position,


did you change them? did you undo the pipe? if not then its just the pads that need settling, otherwise you may need to bleed the fuid and replace with new, as you have air in the line.
