Also, I just put a new chain on the bike and its coming loose allready, I mean It was tight so I couldnt move it very easily now its looser. rosszx9r Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 I dont know just they dont look to healthy (lots of black grease around them)Do I need to grease or change them ? why would you want to change them?they should be good for 50k miles especially on a 125bearings are normally sealed for life types and unless you're having problems with the bearings you don't change them. you can check them with the bike on a centre stand. try tilting the wheel while holding the top and bottom of the wheel. move firmly to see if you feel any movement in the bearing. you shouldn't. it should feel pretty solid.
