Guest
Its prob same as my zx6, throttle stop and washers in throttle bodies/carbs... that is only an educated guess, and i would await confirmation from someone who had same bike or more knowledge
Guest
cheers vicki i hope it is just washers in carbs,,if its the ecu that has to be changed itll cost quiet a bit cos as far as i know the hiss imobiliser is controlled by ecu so new locks, keys, ecu=less beer money ha ha
Guest
Check out thishttp://www.fiinternational.com/FiResKitA42.pdfcarb models are generally washers, or exhaust restrictions, Injection = throttle stops and airbox blades to restrict air intake. Guest
My bike was fuel injected and washers/blades went in inlet manifolds and a plastic stopper on the throttle so it wud only turn about a quarter of its potential. If u message stu (admin) if he dont see this to reply to and ask him, he took mine out for me

Stu
some bikes have them in air box not many most have them in the inlet manifold under the throttle bodies/carbs vicki zx6 was fuel injection and had then under the throttle bodies and a stop to limit the throttle movement as she says above also some bike can also have a different ecu or piggy back ecu
