Yamaha R1 fitting pair of Akrapovic exhausts

Hi I have a job of fitting a pair of Akrapovic exhausts to my mate's new 2007 R1 just wondered if they are a big job and ought to look out for and also do you need any dyno tweeks after or should it be ok.

never worked on a R1 so wouldnt know about the fitting

but make sure all hanging straps are on the right way some are designed to pull the cans a certain way so they sit properly

and fit everything lose till its right then tighten it all up

as for tweaking

best bet is to get it on a dyno and see

how much were they and where did they get them from? had my R1 a week so no hurry to do it but I will at some point
