Arai Type L visor

Hi

I'm looking at getting a new Arai Viper GT lid and they use the same visor system as my now damaged Arai Astro-R. I will be getting a dark tint one for the new lid but there appear to be two types of L-type for the helmet... the standard and the "Max Vision".

Anyone know what the difference is? Is it that the brow vents are not included on the max vision? I'm assuming the actual size of the visor is the same else how would it fit?1

No idea mate.

I recently got a dark tint type L for my Viper GT, and it has the eyebrow vents.

Got it from Race Visors, and got free TT visor bag too.

I also got a clear pinlock for it.

Maybe the other type is not a genuine Arai one.

Both my clear and dark visors have L5 bottom left corner both have brow vents.No pin lock on the dark one

Didnt know there was standard and max.If it says L it'll fit
