I modify every vehichle I have, whether it car or bike.

So the kymco is next.

First of all I have put smaller sprockets on to help the top end, and a more heavy duty chain.

I took my exhaust off the other day to check its condition, and couldn't help but start it up, and it was loud.

So now looking for an end can to replace the stock one, so I can get abit more roar from my bike.

I am going to give it a respray ready for summer to make it look tip top, and polish up all the bits of metal.

Is there anyway of improving performance on a 125cc 4 stroke, or is it useless and am I wasting my time.

To be honest mate, anything you do won't make that much difference unless you are willing to spend more money on the engine than what the whole bike is worth... Save your money and get your DAS done and buy a bigger bike when you can.

:stupid: save your money and pass your test.. you won't get anything like the money put in back again.

Bodywork unless you know what your doing and especially if your doing the full bike can and will look tatty, so reduce the resale value.

Also as its a learner bike, modifying it will put of prospective newbies, incase of any problems. they prefer standard simple bikes. at least to start with..
