Anyone got any experience.information on the above. I`ve noticed my leather trousers do not have any protection other than in the knees and was wondering if these (below) would be any good. I`m sure they would be better than nothing but at nearly £85 they are not cheap. Anyone got any other sugestions, (and don`t fall off is not one I`m after  )

For 85 quid you are not far off being able to buy some decent leather trousers with added protection all over. My Richa only cost something like £150, I am sure you can get similar for much less so possibly think about looking at buying trousers instead.

Cheers Paul, I`ve only just brought the Richa "Street" trousers. I did think they would come with protection but as usual I forgot to read into it fully and have now found out they have no hip, leg or coxic (crap at spelling) protection. I`ve managed to find a pair of these shorts at a lower price from a ski shop, so think I`ll bite the bullet and just get them. All in all trousers and shorts £175 squid so not too bad.
