So yep, got my new bike and well chuffed... but now need to sort out a new topbox and rack system.

I had the Kappa system on my Fazer and it worked well, but hated the look of the large black rack arms and plate against the lovely blue paintwork. I am looking for something a lot more subtle, easy to remove and something that doesnt wreck the lines and look of the bike. I've found these http://www.motohaus.com/acatalog/Suzuki ... e299_2e100 that are from the German manufacturer SW Mototech and this system is called the Alurack.

The Alurack comes in silver or black and basically fixes to your existing grabrail. You then buy an adapter plate for whatever box you have (monolock or monokey for Kappa or Givi) and thats it. The adapted plate can be removed within seconds leaving just the alurack plate in place. The fact there is no arms etc. is a big point for me, meaning it won't alter the lines of the bike... too much!

Has anyone ever used this system and can give some advice on it?

get a renntec rack and universal plate.. chrome or black, looks better than a full givi/kappa,

jade mongoose has one on his bandit with my old shad rack and box, i'm more a soft luggage fan, dont want to ruin the lines with a topbox..
