Guest Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 I got this trickle charger on ebay, its new but has no instructions.I just took the battery out of my bike and attached the +ve terminal to the +ve clip on the charger and same with the negative then just turned it on at the wall.It hasn't got a light, but I am certain it's charging. Is it safe to leave on overnight? Bill_on_a_bike Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Keep the caps out of the battery and keep it away from anything that might be damaged by spitting acid. Quote

Guest Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Oh I have this strip like that you pull off so you can top up the acid.I left mine on, I was surprised though my battery was completely flat and even the 0.5A trickle charger charged it in 4-5 hours enough to turn it over very strong. Quote
