JoshRS Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 My old black ones are starting to look a bit tatty, they're bloody comfy, but i imagine the more 'technical' designs could provide more support/comfort.I'm not looking to spend much, and these look pretty damn good for the price.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BUSE-RACING-LEATH ... 7C294%3A50just wondering what people think? or if anyone has a pair themselves?cheers Quote
MtotheJ Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 Would personally say always try them on before you buy as shoes and boots can always fit differently depending on make and style etc. Like i take a 9.5 in the Sidi Vertigos but when i tried on a pair of aplinestars i was easily 10.5. Quote
nman1 Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 As MtotheJ says, it`s always best to try them on, but if you can send them back if they don`t fit then £40 for a £140 pair of boots is a damn good deal. Quote
Steve365 Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 Are they really as cheap as they seem? Can't find them anywhere else at any price, let alone £140.There's a contact number listed - why not give them a call and ask a few questions on sizing etc? Quote
Pete Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 They look nice, but yes definately best to try them on first. I was lucky last week when I bought a pair off fleabay and they fit really well, but it was a risk I'd rather have not taken...but I'm broke and needed cheap boots! It also added some spice to my otherwise mediocre existence Quote
Alex Gold Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 Ghostbikes are a good legit company....not too sure on claimed RRPs, but the service is good (I got some swift boots from there) Quote
