Guest Posted August 6, 2009 Posted August 6, 2009 Just letting you know that a bike touring holiday can be a very tough time! I am on day one of a seven day Scots tour and am suffering badly!! 7:30am start from Menai bridge Anglesey and 331 miles later at 1:20pm I pulled up at my bunkhouse the lodge on loch lomond, so far I have suffered several pints of chilled lager in glorious sunshine, followed by a swim in the heated pool several dips in the hot tub a sauna then the steam room and the laconium! Followed this with coffee on my balcony overlooking the loch and me and debs are awaiting a table for dinner ))) god its tough LOLReally don't know how tomorrows BnB in inverness can compete with this but heyho such is life ( and debs says I'm only worth one night here lol ) Quote
