Hey there all,

I'v posted already on this subject but i havnt had much joy as of yet so i'm wondering if anyone frequenting here could help.

Basically i'm looking for something onroad that can handle some offroad and learner legal but I need to get the bike down a passage by the house that is about 65'ish cm wide so does anyone know of anything out there with handlebars that would be narrow enough and or does anyone know if clipping the handle bars would be a bad idea?

Any thoughts would be welcome on this one :)

Best regards

Ive done this with a set of Renthals, to fit through my gate..

Fit the switchgear and levers, and push them in as far as they will allow/required., then with a black marker, mark up the excess. make sure its the same on each side, remove the grips/throttle tube and cut, then refit..

Wider bars have more stability so dont go too far,...

The last thing you want to do is cut them too far and find you cant get the controls on,..

oh and get the slim bar ends (Motrax), otherwise you've just increased the width again..

and fold your mirrors in before sending the bike down a narrow walkway, otherwise you'll be scuffing them..
