awwwnuts Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Just a heads up. The BBC coverage for this round is being shown on BBC3 instead of BBC2. So if you have this on your planner it won't record unless you set it for BBC3.Its on at 7.45 pm by the way Quote
techno Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Nice to see the beeb putting ot on for the masses Think I will have to be pushing vicki's red button this weekend nd just in case she reads this, it wont break! Quote
DutchMick Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Pedrosa was half a second faster than anybody else at qualifying. Gorgeous Jorge 2nd followed by Rossi. De Angelis finally decided to get a move on and got 4th. Then the 2 yanks Edwards and Hayden followed by Elias who is desperate to show he's worth a seat next season. To52land took his time and came through 10th. The Suzukis have given up the chase qualifying in 11th, Capi, and 14th Moleface. Kallio seems to have either realised what a beast that factory Ducati really is or has been given a crocked engine and qualified in 15th, even Canepa was placed better in 13th.Weather is looking perfect, at least we should get a whole race this year Quote
fullscreenaging Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 1. Pedrobot2. Rossi.3.............hmmm Lorenzo is undoubtedly gonna fall off again.............sooooo...... .......Edwards? Quote
kojak_79 Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 what a pile of crap i was at me mums so no eurosport, watching 125 qual on the red button that finished and got a msg saying 250 and gp only on bbc i player, so i legged it upstairs booted the computer up and went to i player, not one link to the moto gp had to go back and google it to find a link. Next watching the racing watched the 125 and strted watching the 250's and with 8 laps to go got the msg again saying remainder on bbc i player, again no links on i player had to google it mid f ing race, finally at last found moto gp on bbc3 no mention earlier in the day that it was on bbc3, what a joke, the 125 and 250 commentry was awful and the motogp wasn't much better. Last time i visit me mum on a race weekend Quote
Evs7 Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Well strange things DO happen. I turned off Eurosports coverage the other day and turned on the BBC's coverage. Why?.... I got part way through the 250cc commentary and they were like who is Cluzel, where has he come from, oh I don't expect he'll stay around long. Was this the same Cluzel that finished 2nd in Qatar... some people have short memories. So the BBC got a new viewer. But I couldn't record off the red button on my sky, so thank heavens for Eurosport. Quote
