Guest Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 Herewith the plans for next weekend.The beetle drive will start from 10am but entries will be staggered in 15 minute intervals, so as long as you arrive before 12.15, you'll be able to take part. You can do the run on your own or in small teams, but one of you will need a digital camera/camera on their phone to record the evidence/answers to the questions.There'll be a prize for the 3 highest scores.Winner's announcement will be around 5.30.BBQ from 6-7.30Olympics/old school sports day from 7.30 til we finish!There's plenty of camping space for all so don't worry about booking a slot, but I do need to know which nights you're coming so that I can cater for you. It's £10 per head, per night which will cover your food (breakfast, light lunch and dinner) and larger, bitter, cider and soft drinks.
