Colin the Bear Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Some bikes have a clutch sensor so you can start the bike in gear. Might be worth checking it's wired the right way round. Apart from the clutch switch it may be the neutral switch.(Bike thinks it's in gear so won't let you start it till you pull the clutch) Usual thing to check when the starter doesn't work is , kill switch , side stand and in neutral. Some need the clutch lever in as well. After reading again, the brake light is probably the lever switch or the pedal switch Quote
