It is a Chinese motorcycle I am not looking for cheap parts the wheels are brand new but they don't have the other parts the description said they would fit and they do I just couldn't find the other parts I was on forums to get some advice about finding parts Thanks again for your help

The wheels fit the axle I just need the parts to Fit it but they are very hard too find Chinese parts are all out of stock
