  1. I honestly think the tubes are original. As I said, I have a set from another CG125 which are also different (they are scrap unfortunately). You can't really fit them upside down as the bolts are different. I bought a set of Chinese copies but I would have no confidence in them. They weigh about half the weight of the originals.
  2. Thank you for the reply. The interesting thing is, I actually have 2 sets of forks (both stripped down but kept in their pairs) and they both have different tubes. I have attached a photo this time.
  3. Does anyone know if it matters what side fork tubes should be fitted on a 1996 Honda CG125? One of the tubes has a wee ring and is slightly tapered at the top and is also about 5mm longer. Does it matter which side it is fitted on?
  4. Hi, I'm from Northern Ireland. I have several bikes including 2 x Moto Guzzi's, a BMW with a sidecar and a wee Honda CG125. I do enjoy getting out for the odd run but prefer to be tinkering at the bikes or working on some project or other. Currently working on a 1978 BMW R100 which had been Café'd before I got it, I am rebuilding the engine and will then Café it in my style.
