Was knocked off bike, broke bone in forearm in 5 pieces and now recovering from steel plate & pins surgery. Drivers insurance admit liability. Anyone been down this road? Any lessons to share? I'm choosing repair shop, asking for injury compensation, new helmet; expenses. Any pointers? Nearly 60 and first serious spill
