Hi I am looking for a bore job done on my motorcycle, if anyone knows any places near somerset that would be able to bore out a cylinder it’d be much appreciated, thank you

I own a Kawasaki ksr 50 and am looking to give it a power boost, after finding out a cylinder and piston kit from a ksr 80 will not work with the crankcase I am thinking towards doing an engine swap as the mounts look similar on other Kawasaki bikes, if anyone could give me a bit of advice on if a KX80 or KX60 engine would fit in the frame and if not those then if any other engine would fit, it would be much appreciated, thank you

Hi, I own a Kawasaki ksr 50 and am looking to upgrade the piston and cylinder to a Kawasaki ksr 80 pair. I am not sure if the crankcase would be able accompany the bigger cylinder or not and I am not able to find the measurements for the cylinder, if anyone knows if the bigger cylinder would fit on the 50cc crankcase or where I can find the measurements it would be much appreciated, thank you.

I have looked around for parts that could fit and I reckon the piston from an AR80 or a KX80 would fit as they look very similar but it’s the cylinder that is very difficult to find, the AR80 is air cooled, whereas the KSR80 is water cooled, the KX80 is also water cooled and cylinder looks like it would fit but the exhaust mount is a lot different and I am not sure weather or not it would fit but I am trying to research and look for measurements/specifications to see if it will work, thank you for your recommendations, Oscar

Hi, I own a Kawasaki ksr 80 and the piston is seized, I am working on restoring the bike and I have everything apart from a new piston and barrel, both the piston and barrel are beyond repair and I need to find a new pair that are either for that bike or would fit it, the bike is a Japanese import and is discontinued so parts are very rare and hard to find in the UK, if anyone knows of any websites that would sell the parts I am looking for, or if anyone knows if any parts from other Kawasaki bikes would work on it, it would be greatly appreciated.
