  1. Lets see with what DVSA comes back with. In the meanwhile I have CBT and Mod2 booked in 6 Weeks from now. I guess my new bike has to wait a little longer to be ridden. Thank you guys for your input.
  2. I had to go without the riding school as they where not available and it was the last day of my CBT. Long story short seemed to me that they where streching the whole process to go over my CBT. Chaps like myself, almoast middle aged family man, are their best customers paying a lot of money on courses I guess so they use the opportunity. I definitely would have not go out with that examiner after that behaviour. I am more of a peacefull problem solver so I chose not to raise my voice not to give him a chance to say I was abusive. If you check online there is a lot of procedures against abusive examinees and their instructors but no procedures for abusive examiners. Interesting. These tests would need to be recorded for sure.
  3. I went to do my MOD2 today. The examiner did not seem in a good mood and I did not blame him. It was a rainy day. He got annoyed that it was my CBTs last valid day. He read the whole information on the back. Not sure what he was looking for. I needed to spell the registration plate several times (he had difficulty typing it in even when I spelled using Alpha Bravo spelling) He seemed to be in a rush I thought I might be in luck and will have a short rainy test. Well short it was. We started from the parking and went approximately 60 yards to the exit of the test centre. I stopped about a yard behind the carriageway. I decided to pull to the line and wait for a vehicle to pass. The examiner probably thought I will pull away because he hit me from behind. Once he hit me from behind he dropped the bike. He was shouting extremely loudly not once but twice "YOU F*****G IDIOT". He was trying to lift the bike frantically but after he hit me he did roll a bit forward so my wheel was blocking his wheel and bike from standing up straight. Shouted again "MOVE. YOU FAILED. THIS IS F*****G DANGEROUS” And he kept repeating here and there "IDIOT". Finally the bike up he ordered to get back in. Obviously shouting. My ear was ringing for hours from his shouting. The earpiece is loud by default especially when someone is shouting in the microphone. Just for reference he shouted loud enough with the helmet on that my friend heard it from the parking lot and came to find out what is happening. He saw this guy looking around like he is looking if someone saw what happened. He failed me on observation at junction. I think he failed to do his job properly and then went on abusing me verbally. I am absolutely frustrated because I did prepare for this test and I believe I could have passed. Now I will need to do a new CBT and probably wait months to get a test booked in again. I will consider my options to address his abusive behaviour towards me in an official manner. I consider myself lucky that from the hit I stalled the bike in 1st gear otherwise I could have end up in front of the vehicle passing on the road. So indeed it was dangerous but not because me as a beginner rider might lack of skills but because there is a chance at all that an examiner might push you into traffic instead of staying back and doing his job. Shocking.
